Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Junora Game ("we", "us", or "our"), an independent mobile game studio. They apply to our games, this website, and everything we offer through them. By downloading, opening, or starting to play any of our games, you've accepted these Terms — and if you don't accept them, please don't play.

01Accepting the Terms

Playing our games, holding an account, or using any part of our services means you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. You also confirm you're 13 or older, or that you play under a parent or guardian's supervision.

02The License We Give You

You're free to download, install, and enjoy our games for your own enjoyment (not commercial use), on devices that are yours or in your care. What you receive is a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license — not ownership — and it grants no stake in the games themselves or anything inside them.

03Who Owns the Games

Every element of our games — artwork, characters, music, code, names, and trademarks — belongs to us or to our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. Copying, modifying, reselling, or building derivative works from our content requires our written permission first.

04Fair Play

When using our services, please refrain from:

• gaining an unfair edge with cheats, bots, exploits, or outside tools;
• taking our games apart through reverse engineering or decompilation;
• overloading, interfering with, or disrupting our servers or other players;
• harassing, abusing, or impersonating players or our staff;
• any unlawful activity whatsoever.

05Optional In-App Purchases

Some titles sell optional virtual items. These are licensed, not sold: they carry no real-world value and cannot be converted into money. Billing is handled by your app store (Google Play or the Apple App Store), whose refund rules also apply. We may add, change, or retire virtual items and features over time.

06About Advertising

Advertisements appearing in our games come from third-party networks. Anything between you and an advertiser — including what an ad promotes — is that advertiser's responsibility, not ours.

07No Warranties

Everything we offer comes "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We promise nothing, express or implied, that the games will suit any particular purpose, run without interruption, or play without hiccups — and we can't promise your saves will survive every mishap.

08Limits on Our Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost data, profits, or goodwill. For any claim, our total liability is capped at what you paid us — if anything — for the relevant game during the year before the claim arose.

09Ending the Agreement

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. You can end the agreement yourself at any moment, simply by uninstalling our games.

10Which Law Applies

Chinese law (the People's Republic of China) governs these Terms, without applying conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are heard by a Chinese court with competent jurisdiction unless applicable law says otherwise.

11When the Terms Change

We may revise these Terms over time. The "Effective" date above always marks the current version. Sticking with our games after a revision means the revised Terms apply to you.
